How is payment made?

Payment is made only after you are completely satisfied with the service provided or as agreed. The payment methods are as follows:

• Bank Transfer with IBAN, SWIFT/BIC information.

• Bank transfer via PayPal.

• Bank Transfer via Payoneer: You can pay directly to our Payoneer account using a bank transfer. This method does not require you to have a Payoneer card. Payment can be made from any bank card.

• Invoice: Upon request, we can send you an invoice that you can pay using the above-mentioned payment methods.

Which credit and debit cards can be used for payment of services?

You can use various credit and debit cards to pay for our services, including:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• American Express

• Discover

• Diners Club

If you use a different type of card, please contact us, and we will do our best to enable that payment option as well.

Do you offer annual plans?

All our packages can be scheduled on a monthly basis or, if preferred, at any frequency throughout the year. We provide clients with the flexibility to choose how many times per year they would like the maintenance of the memorial site to be performed. The price will simply be multiplied by the number of visits you select.

How soon can we expect the service to be performed after scheduling?

The timing of service completion depends on weather conditions. We strive to be on-site the following day to complete the task as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, the service may be delayed by up to 7 days, with timely notification and an explanation of the reason for the delay.

What happens in case of bad weather conditions?

In the event of bad weather, maintenance may be postponed to the next available or weather-appropriate date to ensure the quality of service.

How will I know the service has been completed?

After the service is completed, we send you before-and-after photos as proof that the work was carried out in accordance with your requirements.

Can I customize the service package to suit my needs?
